Privacy Policy
Information we process
We process account and organization details, authentication and security records, employee configuration, business knowledge supplied by customers, conversation and action records, leads, appointments, tasks, subscription records, device and diagnostic information, and integration metadata. The exact content depends on the features and providers a customer enables.
Why we process information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, execute authorized workflows, store outcomes, support customers, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, calculate usage and improve configured experiences. We do not use customer credentials as model-training content.
Sharing and international processing
Information is shared only with authorized organization members, providers needed for enabled features, and parties required to protect rights or comply with valid obligations. Providers may process data in different locations; customers should assess provider locations and contractual requirements for their use case.

This Privacy Policy explains how Employra collects, uses, stores and shares information used to provide the Service. It applies to employra.ai, Employra accounts, dashboards, AI employees and related services (together, the “Service” or the “Platform”). “Employra”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the public service. This page does not state or imply that Employra is an incorporated or registered company.
Your organization’s responsibility
Organizations using the Service choose their users, business knowledge, employee instructions, languages, communication channels, permissions, retention settings and integrations. They are responsible for having a lawful basis for customer data and communications, providing required notices, obtaining required consent, and applying professional or human review where appropriate.
AI employees and human review
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Employra is designed to use approved knowledge, restricted tools, audit records and human escalation, but customers must test each employee before activation and supervise sensitive uses. AI employees must not be presented as licensed professionals and must not make medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other regulated decisions without qualified human review.
Service providers
The Platform can connect to AI, hosting, database, voice, telephony, messaging, email, calendar, CRM, billing, storage and monitoring providers selected or authorized by the customer. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. A disconnected provider is shown as unavailable rather than treated as successfully connected.
Security and retention
Employra uses tenant separation, server-side authorization, credential controls, audit logging and operational monitoring in the Platform design. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should assign minimum roles, protect credentials, review access and configure retention according to their needs and applicable requirements.
Changes
We may update this page when the Service, provider relationships or operating requirements change. The updated date will appear on the page. Material changes may receive additional notice through the Service or an available contact channel.
